I always find myself feeling a little reflective at this time of the year, as I think back over things that have happened and look towards things I would like to achieve in the coming months.

So, whatever you find yourself doing today, I would like to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and wish you every happiness for 2016. May it bring you all you dream of.

Well, it's time to face the music. Christmas, despite my best efforts to ignore it, is coming and it's time to address two facts:

• I don't have enough Christmas cards for all the people I need to give them to

• It's time to start making some of the cards I don't have enough of

Hi Everyone :)

So, it's Father's Day next weekend. Eeek! How did that happen?

Yesterday afternoon, I suddenly realised I needed a card. Not because it's Father's Day next weekend. But, because I realised I had nothing to share with you for my Dies To Die For, or, Little Miss Muffet Stamps Inspiration this weekend! (Insert rude word here.) Yep. Eeek! Again.

Do you have an image you reach for when you need to make something quick? I do. And for me, it's anything Bear. Bear. Not bare. I love colouring fur. I love the mess of it. And I love that I can just smoosh some ink about, and the messier I am, the furrier the bear looks. Perfecto. Honestly, it's just what I need if I'm being quick. Yesterday, I was being quick, so I chose Little Miss Muffet Stamps Theodore. Quick. And cute. Love it!

How cute is this little guy? He's Whimsy Stamps Pirate Boy. I snuckered a little glitter on him... Well, Pirates love the bling, don't they?! As you know, I'm not big on sentiments, but the one that comes with him is too perfect not to use. Talking of perfect, this paper is from Carta Bella and just had to go with. Job done!

Just Chillin'

Hi Everyone :)

I thought it was about time I tackled a scene again. Creating a scene takes me almost as long as colouring them up... my eye for sizing is not good, and I'm not as familiar with the newer versions of Word as I used to be. Pfft to upgrades! Delphine is my Go To Gal for scenes, she is wonderful at them and often tweaks mine.

I decided to keep this scene for my Card Journal. It's filling up nicely already. My ATC Journal is getting a little ignored though.

In other news, I'm Guest Designing at In The Pink again this week. (Thank you so much for having me, you Luuuurverly Ladeez.) It's pretty simple, you just need to use oodles of pink, and follow the Theme, which is... Fancy Folds. I'm not big on Fancy Folds, if I'm honest, but I am rather partial to an Easel Card. Although I always forget what a b***er, g*t, faff they are to get a decent photo of! I extracted a piece of Sweet Cheek's Lego out of the bottom of my foot, pinched a bit of Sweet Cheek's Lego to pop underneath so it stood up a 'little' better. And observe my pale pink! Yes, I needed something to soothe my nerves after that, I can tell you ;)

I coloured Lydie (have I mentioned she's one of my fave's?) a few weeks ago when I was playing around with different hair colours. I really like how the BGs turned out for hair, but at the time, I wanted something obviously funky. I thought you could mistake this for black, if you glanced quickly.

Morning :)

Short and sweet from me today as Sweet Cheeks has Chicken Pox! Better that he has it now, but it's horrible seeing him uncomfortable, and upset about not being able to go to school, and not being able to fix it for him. 

So, I promised you'd see this scene again. It was sitting on my desk for a while before I eventually decided Jr.Hatter Lilith from Little Miss Muffet Stamps, would be the perfect accompaniment. I thought the little birdies were a cute touch for the countryside scene.

Of course, once I decided that, it took me an age to choose colours for her! You know how I struggle with 'freelance' colour!
