Happy New Year Peeps :)

I hope 2017 is happy, healthy and totally wonderful for you all.

For my first post this year, I'm sharing a card using the current Stamp of the Month over at Stamping Bella... Thinkingofyouabella. So, in the spirit of new year and because I've been hearing all kinds of fab things about the health benefits of Coconut Water, I thought I'd get some. It sounds yum, AND it's good for you. Excellent.

Very Understanding Hubby warned caution in the volume of Coconut Water consumed, due to the stories you hear about peeps marooned on dessert islands with nothing but a coconut tree and a toilet roll. We renamed Coconut Water something else that doesn't sound as pretty!

Yesterday, I bought some, remembering to call it Coconut Water and not the other name when enquiring where to locate it in the supermarket. 

Last night, I had my first slurp. Note the use of the word slurp, rather than sip. I was more than a little excited having listened to Very Understanding Hubby banging on for ten minutes about how much sugar was in it. Coconut Water was going to be totally scrummy. He brought over a glass. It glowed like golden sunshine and smelled delicious. Angels floated around me throwing glitter and confetti. My mouth watered in anticipation. *insert scratched record noise*

You know when you go on holiday and accidentally drink an ice cube made with bad water and you leak from both ends? Then you drink one of those disgusting re-hydration sachets that give you salt, vitamins, minerals and the will to move away from the toilet bowl? Coconut Water, now officially called Poo Juice, tastes like that. The sachet stuff, not the toilet bowl. Actually I doubt there's much difference.  Anyway, the point is, Poo Juice does not taste like Pina Colada. Pffft. I've got two litres of this stuff!!
