Today, I'm sharing a project I made for a mini Challenge in the Make it Crafty Facebook Group. We needed to colour Melissa's Balloon, using the No Lines Technique. Seeing as she was printed in such a pale colour, I decided to adjust her slightly. She should have wavy hair and a bit of a sulky expression. Now, she doesn't. Simples.
