I can't tell you the trouble this card caused me! When I first looked at the butterfly vellum, I was sure the butterflies were purple, there are some in yellow too, although you can't see them now. And so, my colour scheme of yellow and purple was born. But boy, my heart sank a little later when I went to check the mostly coloured image against the vellum, and discovered blue, and not purple butterflies! Let me tell you, it took me over a day, to work out how to pull purple, yellow and blue together. By the time I finished, I absolutely hated this card. Luckily, it has grown on me a little since then.
Anyway, the reason I made this card? So I could do a Tutorial on Colouring the Mushrooms, I always get asked about it. If you head over to the C.C. Designs Blog, you will find it there. I've done two Tutorials, one in Pencil and one in Marker. I know, that's the kind of girl I am!
