Morning Peeps :)
Half term has me all behind with crafting. But. And this is more important. Sweet Cheeks and I have had a lovely week.
Sweet Cheeks, it seems, is a bit of a magpie. I wish I could say that there is one kind of thing he goes for, but, it's a bit random and spontaneous. He has a little pile of treasure that's he's collected by his bed. A plastic coin, a dice, one of those party thingies you blow into that makes the 'pppppppppppphneuph' noise and pops the little lizard tongue out, a piece of Lego, a pencil... I expect this card will wind it's way to The Cheeks pile of stash, as the Dude card I made earlier this week is already there, along with some extra star dies he nabbed while I was making this card.
But, The Cheeks collectability is not exclusive to indoors. Oh no. On each of our daily bike rides/ tree climbs/ rambles/ walk in the woods, we will come back with, sticks, stones, acorns and pine cones. We have a pile of them by the door. I mention the increasing pile of nature every time Sweet Cheeks says 'Look! Mummy! A stick!' Like he's never seen one in his life. But, apparently, we have to have this stick, because it's not that stick. And! If I covertly chuck away some sticks, he knows exactly which sticks are missing, where they came from and what he was wearing when we found them! Mind you, I'm a bit like that with Copics.
Today is the reveal of what Alie and I both made starting with the same pile of stash, I can't wait to see the delisciousness from her...
