It's time for the last mini release of the month from Whimsy Stamps and we are continuing with fab halloween products. For my card today I've taken a paper from the new Nevermore Paper Pack and teamed it up with an older frame stamp and Spooky Kitties Clear Stamp Set. Sorted.
