Time for a rather fabulous mini release from Whimsy Stamps. You're gonna need to check it out for yourself! Today, I'm playing with this cutie from the Shark Fest Clear Stamp Set and I created a background paper using the Tropical Floral Background Stamp. I love it when a plan comes together.
