What are little boys made of?

Morning!

Have you ever coloured an image and then, after a 'while' of playing with it, thought you'd just add a final little touch, only to ruin the whole thing and then spend an even longer amount of time trying to rescue it?! Ok, no need to shout, I can hear you! This is exactly what I did on this card. As it was waaaaaaaay past stoopid o'clock at this point and I was on the verge of collapsing into bed, I could literally have cried! :(

This week, over at Sweet Stampin, Lindsey has chosen a Slugs and Snails theme. Pretty much what that one says on the tin. Pop on over to see the gorgeous cards The Sweeties have made and see what stash you could win if you play along.

Short and sweet from me today, I have a mountain of washing to tackle and I'm desperate to get back in the Bat Cave...!

Well Fluff - gotta tell you that if you made a mistake on the colouring of this card you certainly corrected it well! I have double clicked to enlarge the image and gone over it with a magnifying glass and ...nope... sure can't see any colouring issues. Looks pretty darn perfect to me! Love the design layout and the addition of your twiney stuff. Lovely! Hugs, Lesley

Oh yep, Faye... I totally see what you mean when you ruin everything just because of the final touch... but, although I am looking, I don't understand what you are talking about here! Your colouring and final touch are fantastic, the image adorable, it is really a wonderful card! Good luck with all the laundry:-(... I hope you find a little time to play in the Bat Cave! So cute! Perfect guy card! Love the mesh too! You must of fixed the coloring if there was a mistake, because I don't see it. I have done it where I am almost done and I am in the face and the digi bleeds! No fixing that! Just grumbling under the breath and start all over! Anyway, great job!

I can really empathise with you on that one, although looking at your card the colouring looks lovely

Well hon all I can say is they need you in the emergency services... that's one heck of a rescue job lol!! It's just lovely. If that had have been my screw up, it would probably have ended up in the bin, so well done you. Have you emerged from underneath the washing yet? Hugs xxx

My darling Fluff, this card is absolutely stunning. I wouldn't be able to see any mess up at all. Your shading is impeccable - just love the simplicity of the card so that the beautiful image can be seen. I've missed quite a bit haven't I while I was away - wow, what gorgeous cards you've made. I especially love that Easter one - fantastic! I hope you've been doing well my dear!
