Hi There :)
I used three pencils for the red areas. I think I must have damaged the lead in the Framboise Noir one at some point, because I used it once on the scarf by the polar bears foot, tried to sharpen it and ended up with this...
I had to use black in it's place after that. I've ordered a replacement pencil, but you can be sure while I was desperately trying to bring this one to a point, I was cussin' and a swearin' ;)

Oh gosh, I'm so sorry about the pencil! It'a happened to me before too, and I can empathize! You are a wonderful colorist! Where I might have given up in frustration, you used a workaround and your finished bear and mouse are squeezably adorable. In awe, really. Thanks so much for sharing!! :)
Hello Faye, fabulous design, love the polar bear with his wee pal, beautifully coloured and the kraft card, Kate x
Oh wow and oh wow again! One of my all-time favourite stamps and so fabulously coloured. I've never been brave enough to try this with pencils so I think I'd have gone into a full-blown meltdown if one had broken xx
I absolutely love this!! Gorgeous colouring and the design is wonderful! Those pesky Prismacolors....still, your shading with the black looks awesome!
