Hey Peeps :)
You know how sometimes you start a card, and you kind of know what you want to do, but you don't really know where you're going with it, and when you're done, you feel like, even though you didn't have a plan, you didn't really end up where you initially thought you might? Yeah, this is one of those cards! I had thought I might add a red heart for a pop of colour. But, I love my Paper Smooches Sentiment Sampler and 'Hugs' was such a perfect sentiment for Chester...
Nevertheless, something wasn't right. So, I made a second cloud and popped that on some foam pads. That's better. I think :)
Now. You know how I'm always banging on about keeping your Markers clean and full. Well, I've been seriously lacking in the Copic Housework department of late, (Tsk, tsk.) what with The Big Project, and all. But, my Copics decided to come and bite meon the bum last week, when I was in the middle of writing a Colouring Fur Tutorial for Copic Marker Europe. So, when you're Markers do this, you know what you need to do! (By the way, the answer is not chuck a mince pie at me!)

Awwwww, how adorable, I love that you kept it all monochromatic and just popped the cloud.
And yup, recognize that feeling!
This is gorgeous Faye!
Who knew that greys could look so colourful. Hugs Muver.
Aww, adorable

Brilliant!!!!

Loving little Chester.... I coloured him yesterday but with his star. He does look a little peaky in his monochrome... and you're right, he needed the Hugs sent to him!
I've got to say I did smile at your Copic 'issue' - I've been using lots of reds lately and NEED desperately to clean them now! So thinking of you......
Big hugs

Faye, this is super stylish. I love the monochromatic greys with the eye popping cloud. Anyway, I am all on my own on the naughty step with my Copics - serious overhaul required in that department! Have a super week.
Sue...xxx
I can definitely relate to the Copic cleaning...or lack thereof! It would be wonderful if I remembered to clean them *before* I end up with a hot sticky mess of an image!
Chester looks fabulous in monochrome and the design is brilliant...isn't it funny how a tiny little change can make all the difference to how you feel about a card? There was nowt wrong with that first version but the dimensional cloud does look cute :-)
Big hugs, Kat xx
