Happy Sunday Fluffers... brace yourselves, this is a biggy :)
Over at Little Miss Muffet today, we are Sunday Spot-lighting this rather fab stamp, Celeste Amberglow Cooking Up Some Love. You might want to pop over, as, it's not just a spotlight, there may be something else, that's all I'm saying!
The other day, Barbara challenged me to have a go at No Line Colouring. Alrighty then! Said I, deciding to do it for this very post. Of course, because I wanted to do something, just for fun, by the time I got to it, ie, yesterday, I found myself with considerably less week than the Twelve Hours Before The Post Goes Live Deadline required. And, because time was tight, you could be sure, if I had used a Second Generation Stamping of London Fog, which I would need for proper No Line Colouring, I would have, well, Fluffed it up. So, this is a compromise, it's First Degree London Fog. Question is, do I have the guts to go the whole hog and do it properly next time?!
And because it's the last Sunday of the month, it's time for Alie and I to reveal what we both made with the same starting pile of a Country Friends Stamp, Chevron Embossing Folder, some MME Lime Twist Paper and a bit of Bakers Twine. As you can see, I am still Yo Diggin' the CAS Styley. Think I may have over toaded the toad though. Oh well, he doesn't seem to mind!
Supplies...
Celeste Amberglow Cooking Up Some Love, Party Banner Die; both Little Miss Muffet Stamps, Country Friends Stamp, My Minds Eye Lime Twist Papers, Darice Chevron Embossing Folder

Heh, "nearly no lines" I like that terminology. :D Both look absolutely fabulous Fluff. I think I need that chevron embossing folder too.
What a cute frog image! I like the clean design you've chosen for this card.
I've never tried the "no lines" technique, but I like how it looks - your little cook is beautifully colored!

Wow!! No lines, that would be a REAL challenge for me, never done that, looks GREAT!!!
My frog is looking a bit pale, but he also complains he hasn't seen any sun yet and he really wants to go for a swim.. Well temparatures are going to be a bit better next week, so I've put him on a Sunny spot near the window, he can look for himself if the weather is good enough to swim...
;)
Thanks for the lovely pile of stash!! My kit is almost ready to send, so be on the lookout!!
Have a great Sunday!
Love Alie
