Geisha Girls


 Phew, third post, we made it! If you're looking for Cupcake, or Little Miss Muffet and Forever Friends... you're going down...


 But right here, right now, it's time to get a little La-La with Inspiration Monday, which is all about Distressing. I'm not sure why I decided to use Marci with Fan for a distressing theme. Maybe because I had some new papers, screaming to be used, and making me think of her, maybe because she's one of my current favourites. (What can I say, I'm fickle!) Either way, she point blank refused to go on her own and insisted on taking Kimono Marci with her too.

Anyway, don't forget to add your Distressed creations to the Customer Gallery for a chance to win some goodies.


Now, it's not often I say this, but I'm pretty chuffed with this card, so much so, it's downstairs on the sideboard. These are not my normal colours and I think they turned out ok.

    These little geishas are just adorable! I was sure you'd paper pieced them, but your post says nothing about paper piecing and shows a long list of Copics - so I'm REALLY impressed if you've colored the pretty patterns on their kimonos! The distressing works really well with this design. Fabulous card!
