So tweet... Umbrella Gwen, that is. I'd love an umbrella/ boot combo like this! It's time for a new Clear Release from Some Odd Girl, and Umbrella Gwen, is the first little taster.     This is such a happy, colorful card! I like the rainbow-like border you've put at the bottom of your card, and the background with clouds and birds is perfect with the image!
