Pink Jobs... Blue Jobs

Morning :)

As you know, in our house, there are clearly defined Pink Jobs and Blue Jobs. It's a strict code, and there is a Zero Tolerance Cross Over Scheme in place. There are other Zero Tolerance Zones, namely running out of jellybeans, but I digress.

Yesterday morning Sweet Cheeks went through his normal morning routine, which involves him coming in to say hello, before going to get dressed. I quite enjoy this time of the day as I can do it without getting out of bed, or waking up properly.

A few minutes after our cuddle, breaking with normal procedure, Sweet Cheeks came back in and said ' I think there's a problem.' I half opened an eye, to see a rather large grin on The Cheeks face, so I knew it wasn't too bad, and as no one had noticed, I closed my eye again and decided this would fall under The Blue Camp.

As I was still 'sleeping', I said nothing and Very Understanding Hubby asked what the problem was. 'It's the toilet.' I was still sleeping of course. But a snort of amusement escaped, which I cunningly disguised as a snore, not that I actually snore, you understand. 'What exactly is the problem?' Very Understanding Hubby asked nervously. I wasn't too worried at this point as toilets have two distinct categories... Cleaning and Maintenance and I was confident that cleaning didn't come into it. 'Toilet Paper is the problem.' I snored again. 'Why is toilet paper a problem? Toilet paper can go down the toilet.' I snored again, just to make sure everyone understood I was still in the land of nod. 'I dropped all of it in the toilet', said The Cheeks. Insert rapid snoring here! Yep, that's maintenance. Happy fishing!!

Over at The Sweet Stop, it's time for a Sketch with a Winter Wonderland Twist. And over at My Mum's Craft Shop, it's all systems go with the Big Sale.

Have a great day...

My friend's son decorated their toilet seat with blue marker pen. They couldn't get the marks off and until they replaced the seat, anyone who sat on it acquired a blue behind! Love this sweet card! Hugs, xx

Lol, love this story Faye - definitely a blue job. We have some that cross over when I make him feel guilty - would they be lilac jobs then?

The question is ... was the social stationery dropped before business or afterwards?
A fabulously designed creation, Faye.
Love your cool layout and stunning colouring. BTW if I occasionally neglect to mention it, your colouring is perfect on EVERY card! Hugs, Lesley
