Bah Humbug!

Morning Muffins!

By now, you will know my feelings about Christmas not being Christmas until 24 December. At which point it's panic stations. So you'll not be surprised to find out I don't really like Christmas Paper Pads! I end up with a half used pad and when I look at it next year, I'll huff, and say something along the lines of 'That's sooooooooooo last season darrrrrrrrrling!'

So the other week, when I was looking for some Christmas paper, huffed and said 'That's sooooooooooooooo last season darrrrrrling', I contravened my self imposed Baggage Control Embargo and smuggled some Christmas Papers into The Bat Cave. These papers are the result of my Illegal Stash. They're fab, because they're not Christmassy and I can use them all year, so I luuuuuuuuurve them! (And yes, as I was blowing Very Understanding Hubby Customs out of the water, I did sneak some other items through too!)

Over at Sketch Saturday this week, we've given Jo her monthly day off, and the resulting Sketch is from your very own House of Fluff! I hope you like it and will play along, there's a voucher from Sew Sweet (I'm pleased to tell you that Emma is also Guest Designing for us.) up for grabs if you do. But first, pop over to SS and see what The Fabby Saturdays have created to inspire you...

Enjoy the fireworks tonight. :)

I know what you mean about Xmas papers, I've trawled the local craft establishments and can't find any I like. Love that red dotty paper though xx

Hi Faye, ooh great card. Love the simplicity of it - very clean lines. The little swirl is gorgeous as well. Ahhh, Christmas papers,eh! Not keen on them myself, like to get papers that can be used as something other than just Christmas - looks like you're on a winner with these. Sarah

PS Hope the sore throat has cleared up and you are feeling better.
