Wake Up Fishy, FISHY WAKE UP!

I know, three posts in one day! But you'll be pleased to know I'm not singing in this one. Just flinging quotes from Finding Nemo at you again! Scroll down for some Cupcake love and my first Pollycraft card. There's a chance to win a little prize in there somewhere...!

So, it's a morning of firsts. Take a looky at this sketch. Yep, it's all me baby! Over at Sketch n Stash, it's my turn to give you a sketch to play with. All you have to do is provide the stash. Don't forget to tell us what your new and/ or old stuff is.

My new stash is the stamp from the about to be released Nautical Range from Rainbow Studios. Actually, this image is made up from four stamps. The fab seaweed stamp is mahoosive and I've used the middle section from that. Then I masked it and used three individual fishy stamps to make a little fishy scene. Coloured with my (beloved, but don't tell the Copics) Polychromos. I blended with (supposedly) odourless spirit (but I was 'happy' when I'd finished) which I don't normally do, as I like the texture pencils give. But on this occasion I needed the colour to be a bit smoother. The old stash is the mesh in the corners. I have about a one metre square of this, which I've had since 1944, so I was really pleased to use a 6.5 cm square of it!
