On Yerr Bike!

The weekend starts here Peeps!

It feels like it's been a long week this week and it's certainly been a funny one. As soon as I typed the words I'm feeling better the other day, I stopped feeling better and had a bit of a relapse. I started this post earlier and was feeling better. It's later in the evening now and I've developed a stinking cold. So, the next time I'm feeling better, I'm not even going to think about feeling better! It makes sense in FayeWorld. ;)

Time for a faberoony new sketch over at Sketch Saturday and this week, we have a very generous prize from Pollycraft Designs. Don't you just love Pollycraft? Anyway, pop on over to get all the details and see the completely fab cards from the rest of the amazing DT.

I had such a fun afternoon making this card, it came together really well and I matched the papers together myself! I buy paper pads deliberately, as I find it hard to put colours and papers together. But I've put papers from different pads together! Daring, I know. Blame it on the red toe nails the other week! Think I might try purple next...

Recipe:
Cardstock: Stampin Up!
Papers: Blossom Soup; Jillibean Soup. Mabel, Stella and Rose; MME
Image: Pollycraft
Colouring: Copics
Tools: Nesties, Scallop Border Die; Die-Namics, Star Cookie Cutter; Quickutz
Other: Paper Clip; Tim Holtz

Perfect colouring. Perfect card!
Never say "I'm feeling better" when you have only just been poorly. Never say "the traffic is good" when on a car journey. Never say "it look's as though the sun is coming out" at an overcast picnic. You're just asking for trouble! Hope you feel better soon, Fluff! Hugs, Lesley

Too cute Faye! Love the bike paper! sweet image too! Sorry you still are not well. I have had a relapse too! I think it is feeling better and getting back into the daily routine too quick. I think we both need more crafting, less everything else. It is true, just what the Dr. ordered!

I don't know how I missed this cutie!!! You go girl - matching papers from different paper pads! I agree, life is way easier when you don't have to think about matching papers, lol! Paper pads rock, but are very addictive - especially the little 6x6 ones - gee it's only 7.99, so I need this one and this one too until you end up with a box full! Best use up some of those paper pads........
Cheers,
Shanna
