Winter Time

Hey Peeps :)

I'm sitting here, ready to write a post to go with this card and I find myself at a complete loss for words, which is not like me, the cursor is blinking, ready for some pun or other, but I got nuffin'... It's been a full on few days.

So, today I'm sharing a card I made for Polkadoodles Nikky to take on't telly to promote her beautiful new Octavia Frosted Winter Collection. I made this card work for me, as it was up at Copic Marker Europe yesterday too.

And that. I'm afraid Peeps, is all I got. The cursor is blinking in anticipation again. But, before I give up writing posts for today, just one thing, which is kind of appropriate considering this girl is holding a whopping great watch...

Live. Every. Moment.

Copics Used...
Skin; E50, E00, E11, E71, Hair; E31, E34, E55, W3, W5, Ground; 100, Background; T2, T3, T5, White; T0, T1, T3, Gold; Y23, Y26, YR23, E33, Turquoise; BG53, BG57, BG18, T5
Note...
I used a black Polychromo pencil to ground my image. I built up a few layers of ink when I Airbrushed the background, which was quite tacky and I didn't want to turn it into a sticky mess, so went with a pencil

I cherish your words: Live. Every. Moment.
My mum has got a stroke for 7 weeks now. She is doing fine and her only trouble will be speaking. Se can speak but must search for various words, certainly when she becomes tired.

  13. Your fabulous colouring says it all...although I do enjoy your puns and funny stories too :-)

I thought maybe you were going to say she was counting down to you know what...the thing beginning with C that we don't mention!

This card doesn't really need an explanation though, it's just beautiful :-)

    Big hugs, Kat xx
