Polka Dot Pals Nash

Hey Peeps :)


Oopsie, I thought I had scheduled this post for 8am. Seeing as it's coming up for 6pm, I think it's fair to say I didn't! Ahem. 

 Anyhoo, it's Inspiration Thursday in the Little Miss Muffet Facebook Group. Be sure to stop by, the Little misses have been posting gorgeous projects today. 

 I got an urge to colour Polka Dot Pals Nash, and I wanted to give her purple hair. She was supposed to go and live on a card with a rather fab piece of paper with a great inspirational saying on it. But when I started pulling things together, it just didn't look right. So, poor Nash got an emergency Clean and Simple card to live on instead. Oh well, a finished project is better than dumped in the bin!

    I think Polka Dot Pals Nash doesn't mind to live on a clean and simple card, I think it suits her very wel !

    I think she is perfect on that white background, Faye; it really showcases your awesome colouring! I had that colour hair when I was 15! Now that was a LONG time ago!! :)

    too cute, LOVE her fab hair! Now that I could never pull off, purple ski pants, orange jacket and a crazy toque, yes, but purple hair, not so much. Mind you, it would match with the ski gear, lol!

    Oh my heavens! Your coloring skills are amazing, Faye! I'm so glad you kept this clean and simple as this funky gal deserves to be front and center (okay, off center just a tad). I'm in awe of you coloring. Seriously. In awe. Thanks for sharing!

    I think it was a great call to give her a very CAS design. Her purple hair looks really cool and I think this would be a perfect card for a teenaged girl with a 'non cute/girly' style.
