First Date

Morning Peeps :)


 Don't you just adore the Pop Socks on this cutie? First Love, is one of the latest releases from Time For Tea Designs. I soooo wanted to colour her so I could play with her fabby pleats! Yeah, I know, I hate pleats. I liked these ones...

The paper is another busy paper I love, but find hard to use. It pushed me out of my Colour Comfort Zone too. With all those bright colours, I didn't want to do too much... I'll get another migraine!

    You do pleats so well, this dress is perfectly colored! I don't do pleats, so I often end up paper piecing dresses instead... The DP goes so well with this image! Nice!!

    Goergeous card. I really like how the image stands out - great idea to only use embossed white cardstock for the top half of your card - something I should do more often too (I think I just had one of those "watch and learn" moments lol).

    Faye, she's adorable!!! I love the addition of the pearly trim and the doily peeking out. Are you SURE I can't come over there and let you teach me how to color this pretty! Love it!

    I love this little sweetie especially the pop socks! Awesome colouring of course and some super duper pleats!
