Morning Peeps :)
I have a couple of cards to share today, so you can expect to see me again later, but for now, this is the card I made for my friend's birthday... Happy Birthday Georgie. I've been itching to colour up this image, Udderly Amazing, from Pollycraft, (you had heard Pollycraft is back, right?! ) so thanks Georgie, you gave me the perfect excuse!
Sweet Cheeks is going through what you might call, a questioning phase, right now. When I say questioning, there are no actual questions involved. It goes along the lines of me saying something and then him saying... no, it's not. Grrrrrr! Focus. On. Happy. Place.
The other day, when I was about to burst my happy bubble from the constant pantomime, I asked Sweet Cheeks to please stop contradicting me. The Cheeks, wanted to know what contradicting meant. You gotta take your hat off to a four year old for saying contradicting in the first place, by the way. But anyway. As we were in the car at the time, and I wanted to put it into a context he could easily understand, I said 'if I say, that tree is green, and you say, no, it's not, that's contradicting.' Sweet Cheeks looked at me. 'But Mummy, that tree IS green!' Sigh. Tumbleweed anyone?

Oh, I remember the contradicting phase. Sadly it reinvents itself around age 12, I've discovered. Brace yourself. Love your card, which is perfect for the mono treatment. Might have to have a little mooch over at Pollycraft! xx
