Hiya : )
I have another release from Some Odd Girl to share with you... this is Swae Mae. Oh, I love her. Such a perwetty dress. I wanted to make something pink and girly for her to play on and I felt like duffing some paper up too. I've not roughed up anything (other than Very Understanding Hubby) for a while and I couldn't for the life of me remember where I'd put my distressing tool. I searched everywhere for it. It's the kind of thing I keep close to my desk, so I don't have to move to get it. But I knew I kept it inside something, so it wouldn't get lost. Couldn't find it anywhere. Nada. Nuffin. Eventually I used scissors for this card.
Two days later and I still couldn't find it. I couldn't ask Very Understanding Hubby where it was, he'd mutter something about too much stuff, and I couldn't accuse him of moving it, as he only pinches my cellotape and staples.
And, I had a slightly more pressing matter. I. Could. Not. Think. What the tool was called! My mind was completely blank. The harder I tried to remember what it was, the blanker I got. I even searched SU online for a prompt. I swear, I was intelligent once. Eventually, after literally, turning The Flufferie upside down, I found the Paper Distresser in the cellotape draw (Very Understanding Hubby must have put it there!!) and almost simultaneously (see I must have something in my head to use a word like that!) I remembered what is was called. Hmmm. Bring me mulled wine...
