Morning Peeps :)
We have a new Challenge... Textiles (use ribbon, lace, fabric, felt, twine etc)... over at Little Miss Muffet today. I was really excited about this one. You know how you just don't worry about a card sometimes, because you have a brilliant idea, you know what papers you're gonna use, with what image, how you're gonna colour up and what you're gonna put with it? Ha. Yeah, laughed in my face!
I planned to use a star paper behind the bike paper, which pulled in the stars nicely. Except the green trousers came out darker than I wanted, so they didn't go with the paper. And as the pesky trousers were the last thing I coloured, I didn't want to start again. Humph! Much rustling and rummaging of papers ensued. Then, try as I might, I couldn't get the suede stars I'd cut to work on this layout. Change the layout? Hell no! Everything was cut and I was still sulking about the paper. Signature string to the rescue? Yep. Talk about getting tied in knots. If you'll pardon the pun...
