Soooooooooo Busted!

Morning Muffins!

What happens on a Boys Day Out, stays on a Boys Day Out. Well, that's what Very Understanding Hubby thought!

For a bit of a treat, we put Sweet Cheeks' car booster seat in the front of Daddy's car (instead of in the back of Mummy's taxi) this week. Sweet Cheeks has been loving it and chatters away the whole time about all the things he can see.

The other morning, the day after a Boy's Only Adventure Afternoon, we were delivering Very Understanding Hubby to work, when Sweet Cheeks spots a girl and pipes up 'Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh, pretty lady... Daddy says that.'

This is my very own pretty lady! I love the images from Saturated Canary. (There is a possibility that there are some more located somewhere not too far from here!) I normally avoid them, as colouring them scares me, but I thought I'd bite the bullet and have a go. I've even had a little play with 'grounding' her. (Which is Very Understanding Hubby's current status!) It took me absolutely ages! But, I think I'm quite pleased...

Saturday morning means time for a fabby new Sketch from Jo at Sketch Saturday. We're sponsored by Simon Says Stamp this week, which is another great reason to play along. You gotta be in it, to win it! I've been looking forward to playing with this one and had a brilliant idea about a girl, a clock and a pumpkin. You might have noticed the pumpkin didn't work! But don't worry, I have plans for my pumpkin.

Be sure to pop over and see the lush creations from The Saturdays, including two, very talented, new faces, Susie and Tracey...

Recipe
Cardstock: Stampin Up!
Papers: Echo Park Be Mine; My Mum's Craft Shop
Image: Susie Stockings; Saturated Canary

  9. Wowser she's a stunner, you've done a fantastic job with her. I'm going to take her to the hairdresser as a reference for how I expect my hair to look next time I visit. The rest of the card looks fab too.

Maybe I should invest in a Sweet Cheeks to find out what my hubby gets up to when I'm not around because quite frankly the cats just don't cut it.
